Wikimedia Commons does not accept fair use content.
We do this because Commons is a shared media repository. Downstream wikis have different policies based on local laws. Uses that are acceptable under US law, for example, may not be acceptable in many other countries with more restrictive rules. In addition, fair use is not compatible with our aim as a collection of freely distributable media files. Therefore, Commons cannot legally rely on fair use provisions. Non-free content that may be used with reference to fair use may be uploaded locally if your project allows this.

File:Dana inter foto.jpg has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.
The file you added has been deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you believe that the deletion was not in accordance with policy, you may request undeletion. (It is not necessary to request undeletion if using VRT; the file will be automatically restored at the conclusion of the process.) Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

Blocked
![]() |
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for persistently uploading media that is in violation of Commons' licensing policy, despite our warnings not to do so, and despite our instructions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may add {{unblock|your reason here}} below this message explaining clearly why you should be unblocked. See block log.

Lucas,
why did you repeatedly add {{Screenshot}} to this page? This page is not a screenshot and this template may result in page deletion. Do you want to have your unblock-request deleted? --Túrelio (talk) 08:16, 7 November 2009 (UTC)
Túrelio, I would be unlocked, so I just did what this request for release above sent me. I would like to be unlocked and no administrator of me an answer.--Lucas Brígido (talk) 09:10, 7 November 2009 (UTC)
- I fixed your unblock request and declined it the same way. Finding all your sockpuppets was enough. You really not understood this project, our goal is to collect freely licensed media, not to steal it. If there is no image of a subject, well, then there simply is no image, thats quite simple. --Martin H. (talk) 03:10, 1 December 2009 (UTC)
Martin H. (talk) 00:24, 1 December 2009 (UTC)
I understand already!
Hello Martin H.
I wanted to know why you delete images from flickr? If they are on free license. I do not want you to believe me, it looks that image, if I am uploading these images This and This you will delete them And you'll block me.
I'm not a bad person but I want to have the opportunity to contribute to the commons, as you do not give me this chance, why do not you do the uploading these images for me, since her license is accepted in commons. Thanks and hope you understand me.
- I left this message on your User page
- If the image is correctly licensed on Flickr - means under one of the 2 acceptable licenses see Commons:Flickr AND the uploader to flickr is without any doubt the photographer the images will not be deleted from Commons.
- Regretably you can not upload this images here because you are blocked from editing. You may ask for unblock some time later in a few month provided that you not abuse any more accounts here. Bookmark the images or add them to your flickr favorites so (if noone else upload them so far or the license on flickr changes to a non-free license) you can upload the images once you have achieved unblock. --Martin H. (talk) 15:37, 11 December 2009 (UTC)
Thanks for the information, You have helped me to understand the rules of Copyright! Thank you very much.
Please keep this page intact
Hi Lucas Brígido, I've reverted your recent two edits (first and second) as the current contents of the talk page is significant for every admin who considers to unblock you. See also the policy regarding talk pages. --AFBorchert (talk) 21:01, 19 December 2009 (UTC)
I will not leave that message here
AFBorchert, Martin and Other User!!
I'm not Roberto S.!!
So I will not let this fake message here...
You must have a program that differentiate users, please, use the!!
- User:Susse was another sockpuppet. The account was created before this discussion and unblock requests, but Lucas not cleaned up with the old sins but tried to keep the image hidden and to use it later. --Martin H. (talk) 02:31, 22 January 2010 (UTC)
Unblock
- Hi Lucas Brígido, if there were possibly any doubts whether it is justified to uphold this block, they got nuked through this recent edit of yours. And as outlined before, we do not accept talk pages to be blankened. This is particularly true if there was a recent unblock request. Any attempt to do this again will cost you your ability to edit your talk page yourself. --AFBorchert (talk) 07:20, 25 December 2011 (UTC)
- AFBorchert, why do you care about this edition? HELLO... I'LL NEVER BE UNLOCKED!!! Therefore I hate this place, these silly rules, and especially this Administrator (Martin H.)!! I do not need more of this page, happy now?? congratulations, I will use other options... I will not ask for anything more to anyone, because no one here listens to me!! all users here (administrators) only want the worst for me *I am blocked since 2009* I've never been blocked in my Wikipedia or in another Wikipedia. I am "eliminator" and "rollback", I will not ask to be unlocked, I will not go through it again, because I'll never be unlocked. If you want to block my talk page, can do. I will no longer use this page... you can be happy now!!! Goodbye!! Lucas Brígido (talk) 15:25, 25 December 2011 (UTC)
